Finals of the 1984 NYC Golden Gloves tournament in the Welterweight Division. This tournament marks Breland's record 5th straight NYC Golden Gloves title. He finished with Golden Gloves record of 23-0 (22KO's or RSC) with 15 of those being stopped in the 1st round.
