12 year old 100lbs. semifinal between Vernon Spriggs (Benning Park) and Tyrus Hall (Midtown) from the 2008 Mayor's Cup Boxing Tournament in Washington, DC. Spriggs is in the blue corner. Spriggs was the 2008 Silver Gloves National Champion in the 10-11 year old 95lbs. division. He is ranked #1 in the United States.
