I'm happy for all your boxers from the area did well at ringside, but I have something I saw on youtube and you have on your website that Cheyenne Mckinney won at ringside, in a bout (her second bout)in the 17-34open division, and you are showing that video, (which is ok). But, by showing that 2010 ringside video you are making people think Cheyenne Mckinney was fighting in the OPEN Division, when she was not, she was entered and fighting in the NOVICE division at ringside 2010 not the OPEN DIVISION. Yes, Cheyenne stopped Kelha Winters who is a novice boxer from the NOVICE division in the second round and looked healthy doing it, didn't she dcamateur boxing? did not lock sick to me! But, the next day in the finals at 2010 ringside tournament,Cheyenne Mckinney was stopped in the second round herself, by a NOVICE boxer from Texas, what was her name dc.I thought you could not come from the OPEN division and fight back in the NOVIE division once you turned OPEN, don't all coaches teach their boxers that?. See Samantha Martinez and Nana Yoshikawa fight that was a 119lb women's OPEN division fight. Cheyenne and her coach were not fighting in that Open division 119lb womens 17-34 against them or any other OPEN fighters in the OPEN division, instead they were fighting in the NOVICE division were Cheyenne was stopped herself in the second round by a young women from Texas. What was Cheyenne she doing in the NOVICE division anyway? I saw something interesting on frontpageboxing, they have Cheyenne listed before ringside as the 2010 USA LBC's Senior OPEN winner from the state of Oklahoma Check it yourself. Also, check the video of the fight between Shaniece Herron and Cheyenne Mckinney,on youtube when Cheyenne lost and was not able to advance to the USA OPEN Nationals in Colorado Springs earlier this year. dc, you must have thought she was fighting in the open division at ringside, i don't know how you got that idea? Why wss she in the novice division? im confused!Oh, i think you have on boxrec blog. Cheyenne lost, she did not just lose, she was stopped in the second round in the novice division can you say that? Don't get me wrong Cheyenne is a good fighter, but I don't understand why she was in the novice division. maybe you known what happened. IF she is an open fighter when did she turn open? In May 2010 I think she fought a fighter named Marisa Aldana who is an open fighter according to an article published in May 2009 check youtube to be sure for that fight. According to what on your channel I believe it says (Open)for Cheyenne video at ringside, all the women that Cheyenne fought were novice boxers!

That was really a lot of writing for a MISTAKE that I made. I recorded over 80 bouts and posted results BY MYSELF. Mistakes and typos happen. She was in the Novice division. She had less than 10 bouts.

This is an invitational tournament that is NOT a USA Boxing tournament. On the application, Ringside just wants to know if you have 10 or less bouts. I don't think they really care if you competed in your local USAs if you still have less than 10 bouts, they will let you box in the Novice class.

I don't know anything about what Cheyenne has won or competed in, all I know is that I made a type and said she was Open. She was not at the Ringside in the Open division. I just checked the bout sheets and her bouts were all Novice. My bad.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that she was sick her last bout. I spoke to her myself and to her coach. I was Ringside. THEY did NOT use it as an excuse at all, we were just talking before and after the bout. She lost.
